These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Myndra mobile application and related services ("Service") operated by Myndra ("we," "our," or "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Myndra, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

2. Description of Service

Myndra is a social platform that allows users to:

• Upload and share food-related video content
• Discover and interact with content from other users
• Follow other users and build a social network
• Like, comment on, and favorite videos
• Customize their profile and app experience
• Purchase and use virtual coins for promotional features
• Report inappropriate content and block users

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content and Conduct

4.1 Content Guidelines

You may only upload content that:

• Is related to food, cooking, or culinary topics
• Is original or you have the right to share
• Does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• Is appropriate for a general audience
• Does not contain harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material

4.2 Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload or share content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive
• Contains hate speech or discriminatory language
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains spam or misleading information
• Promotes dangerous or harmful activities
• Contains adult content or is inappropriate for minors

4.3 User Conduct

You agree to:

• Treat other users with respect and courtesy
• Not harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Not impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Not attempt to hack or disrupt the Service
• Follow community guidelines and platform rules

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By sharing content on Myndra, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content within our Service.

5.2 Our Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Myndra and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Virtual Currency and Purchases

6.1 Virtual Coins

Our Service includes a virtual currency system ("Coins") that can be purchased with real money and used for promotional features like video boosting.

6.2 Purchase Terms

• All purchases are final and non-refundable
• Coins have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• We reserve the right to modify coin packages and pricing
• Unused coins may expire if your account is inactive

6.3 Boost Feature

The boost feature uses coins to promote your content. Results are not guaranteed and depend on various factors including content quality and timing.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

8. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

• Review and moderate user-generated content
• Remove content that violates these Terms
• Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
• Investigate reports of inappropriate behavior

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Myndra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Myndra from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. Users under 18 should have parental consent before using the Service.
